My style is a mix of cinematic and organic storytelling that gives life to your wedding day for decades to come.

So how will I approach your wedding?

Too often I see wedding film makers become a part of important moments. While capturing one of the biggest moments of your life is essential, so is going unnoticed and allowing that moment to happen without the lingering presence of a camera. My goal is to be able to make a film that has impeccable quality as well as capture the essence of your day without becoming a part of it. I want your memory of your wedding day to be one of love, happiness, and laughter…not your videographer directing your every move.

I also make sure to work with you prior to and during the day to ensure you’re comfortable with everything I’m recommending and understand why. I want to give you a professional and memorable product while also making sure your experience of working with me is one you’ll enjoy!

A little more about me.

My name is Dan, and I own/operate Elevated Memories. I married the love of my life in a garden in the Berkshires (born and raised) during a global pandemic (2020). In 2022, my beautiful wife brought our first child into this world (my baby girl). We have a German Shepherd, two cats, and three and a half horses. By day I work as an engineer at Naval Nuclear Laboratory. I have a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Engineering Management.

You might be thinking…how did an engineer become a creative? Ever since grade school I always enjoyed film making and editing as a hobby. When our friends got married in 2018 they asked me to take those skills and film their wedding. From there my love of capturing other’s true love and emotion was born!

When I'm not at work or expressing my creativity through videography, I enjoy golfing, hiking, taking the pups for a run, skiing, and most of all: traveling. I also enjoy landscape photography, and many of the photos you’ll see on the site are my own that I’ve taken during my travels.
